Driving Directions

1. From Loop 289, take the South Slide Road exit (by the mall)
2. Go South on Slide until you hit 80th Street.
3. Turn Left on 80th Street, between the Taco Villa and the KFC.
4. We are the large red brick building on the right that says "West Texas Eye Associates"
